Mushrooms soupMushrooms with corn flourSteak in mushroom sauce
Mushrooms soup(for 4 persons)
Chopped onions roast with little fat, add meat. Fry it for a while and add potatoes and mushrooms. Now fry it for 15 more minutes. Pour on water until it is soft. Salt, paper and laurel leaf add by the taste.
Mushrooms with corn flour(for 2 persons)
Fry mushrooms on onion while adding water from time to time for about 15 minutes. When the water boils mix cream, egg and flour in side-dish and spill it over the mushrooms. When it is done you can decorate it with chopped parsley.
Steak in mushroom sauce(for 2 persons)
Fry steaks on onions, add mushrooms, a bit of sweet paprika and some water. Add some salt, paper and laurel leaf. After it boils add potato and if nedded add flour to condens it. As a side disk you can serve mashed potatoes, Roasted potatoes, pasta or polenta. |
