Mushrooms with corn flour

Steak in mushroom sauce


 

Mushrooms soup

(for 4 persons)

  • 15-20 dkg meat with bones
  • 20-40 dkg mushrooms
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 laurel leaf
  • 0,10l concentrated potato sauce

Chopped onions roast with little fat, add meat. Fry it for a while and add potatoes and mushrooms. Now fry it for 15 more minutes. Pour on water until it is soft. Salt, paper and laurel leaf add by the taste.

 

Mushrooms with corn flour

(for 2 persons)

  • 30 dkg mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 0,10l cream
  • 1 egg
  • 3- 4 spoons of corn flour
  • Salt, paper

Fry mushrooms on onion while adding water from time to time for about 15 minutes. When the water boils mix cream, egg and flour in side-dish and spill it over the mushrooms. When it is done you can decorate it with chopped parsley.

 

Steak in mushroom sauce

(for 2 persons)

  • 4 middle sized steaks
  • 0,20 dkg mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 laurel leaf
  • Sweet paprika
  • Cooked potato
  • Salt, paper

Fry steaks on onions, add mushrooms, a bit of sweet paprika and some water. Add some salt, paper and laurel leaf. After it boils add potato and if nedded add flour to condens it. As a side disk you can serve mashed potatoes, Roasted potatoes, pasta or polenta.
